F1 2017 will produce lap-times like 10 years ago – Webber

Former F1 race winner Mark Webber says that the upcoming regulation changes in Formula One will allow cars to produce lap-times 'like 10 years ago', as well as benefit the spectacle of the sport.  With mixed opinions on the 2017 regulation change, many fear that the sport could go further backwards in terms of its spectacle — such as overtaking. Mark Webber, however, has conceded that the new regulations will only improve the show, as well as deliver record-breaking lap-times.
