Reigning 2016 Formula 1 world champion Nico Rosberg expects the new 2017 rules to 'shuffle up' the pecking order. The German driver announced his retirement from the series just days after claiming the F1 title at last year’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Dramatic regulation changes have been introduced for the new F1 season, with cars set to be several seconds faster due to new aero rules and wider tyres. Rosberg believes the shake-up in the F1 regulations for 2017 will help to mix up the competitive order, after three seasons of Mercedes domination.
