Lewis Hamilton has backed Mercedes replacing Nico Rosberg with Valtteri Bottas, says team boss Toto Wolff. Mercedes signed the Finn this week after agreeing a deal to buy him out of his Williams contract to replace Rosberg, who retired after winning last year's world title. Wolff said: "Lewis said he thought Valtteri was a nice guy. "One of the guys he actually got along with well in Formula 1 and he felt he was a good option."
