Force India announces launch date of 2017 car

Force India has announced that they will unveil their new 2017 contender at Silverstone on 22 February. The team looks to perform a shakedown at the track before setting off to Barcelona for the start of winter testing. The team's 2017 car, most likely named VJM10 will again by powered by a Mercedes power unit. It will however be the team's first car to be developed completely at TMG's wind tunnel in Cologne, and also the first car created via a 60% scale model. Previously, Force India worked with half scale models which Earlier this week, Mercedes AMG F1 Team announced they would reveal their new car on the 23rd, also at Silverstone.
