Rosberg handed 10-second time penalty, drops to third

Nico Rosberg has been handed a 10-second time penalty for breaching the radio rules at the British Grand Prix, dropping him to third overall. The Mercedes driver had finished second, but was investigated by the stewards after being given instructions to recover from a gearbox problem he suffered near the end of the race. What Mercedes told him was deemed to be a breach of the rules that prevents drivers being assisted from the pit wall.
