Williams target 2017 F1 capitalization

F1 News: Williams Racing are targeting a bounce back into the front-running positions, and performance chief Rob Smedley believes the 2017 F1 regulation change presents a 'great opportunity' for Williams. The Wantage based suit returned to a front-running position in 2014 amid the regulation changes and reformation of the team, and for the past three F1 seasons the team has finished in third place. Williams' charge to overhaul Ferrari has already been curtailed thanks to the quickly improving Red Bull who leaped back up to third place and crucially ahead of Williams.
