Celis inching closer to ultimate pace

Sahara Force India Alfonso Celis Jr. believes he is edging closer to the ultimate pace after completing two days of in-season running for Force India at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Celis Jr. joined Force India as its development driver at the end of 2015 and took part in practice in Bahrain and Russia, finishing five seconds down on the pace setter on both occasions. Celis Jr. was seventh fastest during the second day of in-season testing in Spain and finished 1.8s down on Max Verstappen, who registered the quickest time.
