Lauda blames Hamilton over Mercedes collision
Spanish Grand Prix – Mercedes' Executive Director Niki Lauda has initially blamed Lewis Hamilton for the collision that took both Mercedes drivers out of the race. Starting from the front row, the two Mercedes drivers swapped positions going into Turn 1, with Rosberg taking the lead. However, Hamilton got a better run through Turn 3 and attacked into Turn 4, only for Rosberg to close the door. Hamilton wasn't able to back off and took to the grass. He lost control and slid sideways and hit Rosberg, removing both from the race instantly. The pair came back to the paddock with their helmets on and went to the Mercedes motorhome and were joined by Niki Lauda, Toto Wolff & Paddy Lowe...
