Sergio Marchionne, appointed as Ferrari's CEO, with Ferrari F1 team Chief Maurizio Arrivabene (left) Sergio Marchionne has been appointed as new CEO at Ferrari. He steps in to replace Amedeo Felisa, while continuing as boss of Fiat Chrysler and chairman positions. Marchionne's replacement of CEO Amedeo Felisa came as Ferrari posted its best first-quarter earnings ever, a 19-percent increase in net profit to 78 million euros (US$89.5 million).
