Top three teams opt for different Russian GP tyre strategies

Pirelli has unveiled which tyre compounds each driver has selected for round four, the Russian Grand Prix, with the top three teams opting for different strategies altogether. Whilst every driver bar Manor's Pascal Wehrlein and Rio Haryanto have opted for a single set of the Medium compound, strategy varies wildly when it comes to Soft and Supersoft selection. Championship leader Nico Rosberg and team-mate Lewis Hamilton have both opted for four sets of the Soft compound and eight of the Supersoft, which could see them lean toward a three-stop strategy.
