GPDA gains support from Ecclestone on F1 rule-makers

Bernie Ecclestone has responded to the Grand Prix Drivers' Association open letter by agreeing F1's decision making process is unsustainable and has echoed the sentiments in a demand for change. The Formula One Group CEO has sided with the GPDA in his own open letter but has asked them to think about solutions and act on them rather than solely complain. “It is not always easy to agree with you but you are correct in stating that the decision making process in the sport is obsolete and ill structured,” Ecclestone wrote. “We must as you have stated urge the owners and all stakeholders of Formula One to consider restructuring its own governance. “It is easy to analyse what is wrong...
