Wolff: New qualifying format is 'rubbish'
– Mercedes boss Toto Wolff has labelled Formula 1's new qualifying format as "rubbish," despite his drivers completing a front row lockout at the Australian Grand Prix.Under revised regulations, drivers are knocked out at 90 second intervals during all three segments of the 60 minute session, but it produced an underwhelming spectacle in Melbourne.After an initial rush to post times, several drivers sat in the pits while Lewis Hamilton collected pole position with a few minutes remaining in Q3."I'm the first person to say that we shouldn't talk the sport down but when the evidence is there before your eyes, you cannot shut them and deny reality," Wolff...
