Barcelona confirms 2016 pre-season dates

Scuderia Ferrari Officials at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya have confirmed the dates for 2016 Formula 1 pre-season testing. The sport has cut the number of tests from three to two and both sessions will take place at the home of the Spanish Grand Prix. The first batch of group sessions will take place from February 22 to 25, with a four-day gap before the next running from March 1 to 4. The first round of the 2016 season will take place in Australia from March 18 to 20.
