Marko rejects Verstappen rumours

Helmut Marko has dismissed reports that Max Verstappen could leave Toro Rosso at the end of this season. Although the results haven't gone his way so far this year, the 17-year-old has impressed during a debut Formula 1 campaign that saw him become the sport's youngest driver and youngest points scorer. The Dutchman's performances have not gone unnoticed and he has been linked with Ferrari in recent weeks, but Red Bull advisor Marko insists he will remain with Toro Rosso next season. 'There is no need to speculate about it. Max has a multi-year contract with Red Bull,' Marko told De Telegraaf. 'The plan is that he will drive for Toro Rosso again next year.'   ...
