Ricciardo downbeat after electrical problem

Daniel Ricciardo suffered a difficult British Grand Prix and was disappointed to retire at Silverstone with an electrical issue. The Australian lined up 10th on the grid but lost one position on the opening lap, after some small contact at Turn 3. Mid-way through the race he suffered a reliability problem and was forced to retire. 'I was really optimistic and excited for this weekend but it didn’t work out for us on the day,' he said. 'We suffered an electrical problem which forced us to retire.
