F1 Strategy Group agrees on various changes

– Formula 1's governing body, the FIA, FOM and teams, who meet as the F1 Strategy Group, have announced a series of regulation changes after a "very constructive" meeting in Biggin Hill on Wednesday.A reduction in driver aids and coaching over the radio will come into force from this year's Belgian Grand Prix, with an overall desite to place emphasis back on the drivers.There will be an overhaul of power unit penalties, after an influx of heavy grid drops this season, while the engine token development system is set to be reviewed.Any new engine suppliers will be given an extra power unit per driver for their opening season, a measure that will apply retroactively to Honda...
