Red Bull drivers get engine penalties

– Red Bull drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Daniil Kvyat will both drop 10 places on the Austrian Grand Prix grid after exceeding their engine allocations.Amid Renault's early-season struggle for reliability, Ricciardo and Kvyat have been forced on to a fifth engine for this weekend's Red Bull Ring event.With only four of each of the six elements permitted throughout the campaign, Ricciardo and Kvyat will be hit with the aforementioned penalty.
