Alonso focused on qualifying for Monaco points

Fernando Alonso says qualifying will be the key to his quest to get on the scoresheet for the first time in 2015 as McLaren-Honda raises hopes of a stronger Monaco Grand Prix. A race identified previously by both Alonso and Jenson Button as likely to be their most competitive event as McLaren's new collaboration with Honda continues to develop, the Spaniard is looking forward to returning to a venue he has won at twice, albeit not since 2007. However, he admits much will depend on where he and Button qualify given Monaco's notorious street circuit characteristics. Monaco is one of those circuits that's in its own league.
