Sepang extends Formula 1 deal to 2018

– Sepang will continue to play host to the Malaysian Grand Prix after organisers agreed a new deal to remain on the Formula 1 calendar until 2018.The circuit joined the roster in 1999 and has remained present ever since, though this year's event was the last on a deal which was signed back in 2007.But after Sebastian Vettel's win on Sunday, organisers confirmed that the track had finalised a fresh deal to hold the Malaysian Grand Prix for at least three more seasons.Petronas has also extended its title sponsorship of the event for the duration of the new contract.
