Grosjean gets two-place grid penalty

Sutton Images Enlarge Romain Grosjean has been given a two-place grid penalty at the Malaysian Grand Prix and will now start 10th on the grid. The stewards deemed that Grosjean jumped the queue to leave the pits as cars waited to leave for the start of Q2. The cars were queuing because of the incoming rain, but jumping the queue in any circumstances is not allowed in qualifying. "The driver failed to leave the pit lane in the order of his arrival and therefore has breached Article 23.6," read a steward's statement. N S
