F1 2013 – Ferrari abandon pull rod system for 2014
Ferrari will abandon their pull rod front suspension system for the 2014 formula one season after struggling to match the pace of Red Bull and other teams towards the end of the 2013 formula one season.Autosporint reports “The 2014 Ferrari will almost certainly abandon the pullrod front suspension to return to classic pushrod, as per all the other teams apart from McLaren.”It is not known the exact reason for this change of direction but Ferrari have strengthened their technical department with the addition of James Allison who helped build the Race Winning 2013 Lotus F1 car.
