Lotus deal will happen, insists Quantum

Mansoor Ijaz, head of the Quantum Motorsports firm purchasing a 35 percent stake in the Lotus F1 team, says there is "zero chance" of its proposed deal falling through. In recent days, Lotus chiefs have expressed concerns over ongoing delays in the transfer of agreed finances, but Ijaz acted to reassure the Enstone-based outfit at this weekend's United States Grand Prix that the situation is completely under control.
