Gutierrez and Chilton receive qualifying-related penalties

The stewards have already been working to see who has been naughty or nice when it comes to behaving on track, as both Sauber's Esteban Gutierrez and Marussia's Max Chilton have been given penalties for tomorrow's United States Grand Prix in Austin.  The Mexican rookie has been given a ten-place grid penalty for having dangerously weaved in front of Williams' Pastor Maldonado between turns 16 and 19, so will start in twentieth place ahead for tomorrow's race. The former GP2 driver had done well to get into Q3, but the impeding of the Venezuelan secured his fate in front of the FIA Stewards, which includes 1991 World Champion Nigel Mansell this weekend.
