Pérez: McLaren lacked organisation in 2014

Sergio Pérez has hit out at McLaren and has said the team lacked organisation and the humility to face reality this season. His comments come amidst fresh speculation over his future with the Woking-based outfit, with Kevin Magnussen being heavily tipped to replace him in 2014. “I'm very disappointed [with the way this year has gone],” Pérez said at a McLaren sponsor event, according to www.totalrace.com.br, ahead of this weekend's United States Grand Prix.  “I believe that when your goals are much higher than the results, you get disappointed - and that goes for both parties. “McLaren is a great team, I have no doubt about that and it has a lot of very capable people.
