Webber targets fightback from thirteenth

Mark Webber says that he had to compromise the set-up of his Red Bull RB9 as a result of his 10 place grid penalty in Korea.
Webber was given a third reprimand of 2013 following the Singapore Grand Prix.
The sanction means that Webber, who set the third fastest time in qualifying for the Korean Grand Prix, will start the race from thirteenth on the grid.
'We had to take a bit of pace out of the car for qualifying, not much, but it was about how we would compromise between qualifying and the race tomorrow,' said Webber, whose most recent pole position came at the circuit 12 months ago.
