Brawn confident of more wins and title challenge
Mercedes team principal Ross Brawn believes the championship has been blown open by Lewis Hamilton's win, which has proved that Mercedes has what it takes to mount a challenge. Whilst the outfit had won two races previous to Hungary, the change in tyres left many fearing Mercedes would no longer be as competitive. In fact, the change seems to have helped the Brackley outfit which has led Brawn to believe can challenge rivals Red Bull, Lotus and Ferrari for more wins. "It [the championship] is so fragile.
