Grosjean's grid place under threat

Romain Grosjean could be facing exclusion from qualifying for the Hungarian Grand Prix after his car was found to be in breach of technical regulations. The FIA tested the deflection of the front floor on the top three cars after qualifying, and while Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes and Sebastian Vettel's Red Bull conformed with the regulations, Grosjean's Lotus was found to deflect more than the permitted 5mm and as a result is in breach of regulations. The report from FIA technical delegate Jo Bauer reads: "After the qualifying practice session an asymmetric RHS front floor deflection test was carried out on car numbers 01, 08 and 10 according to Article 3.17.5.
