Austrian GP set to return?

The Austrian Grand Prix could be set to return to the Formula One calendar, according to reports in the Austrian press. Austrian publication Kurier has reported today that a deal has been agreed between Dietrich Mateschitz and Bernie Ecclestone that will see Formula One return to the Österreichring – now renamed the Red Bull Ring under the ownership of the energy drink giant. 'Dietrich Mateschitz and Bernie Ecclestone have reached agreement to the effect that Formula 1 is already coming back to Styria next year,' the article reports. The deal would see F1 return to Austria after leaving the formerly-named A1 Ring in 2003, as well as increasing the pressure on the swelling...
