Rosberg reprimanded but retains Silverstone win

By Phillip Horton on Sunday, June 30, 2013 Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg has been reprimanded after failing to slow sufficiently for yellow flags during the British Grand Prix. Rosberg won the race, narrowly ahead of Red Bull's Mark Webber. Rosberg's reprimand means that he keeps his victory, his second of 2013.
