McLaren trials updates for Silverstone

McLaren has used one of its permitted straight line test days ahead of this weekend's British Grand Prix at Silverstone, with the Woking-based squad travelling to the Idiada motorsport complex in Spain to trial a variety of car upgrades ahead of its home event. Test driver Oliver Turvey conducted the test, which took place on Tuesday, running through various aero configurations to determine the effectiveness of the new parts.
