F1: FIA apologises for software glitch

The FIA has apologised for a software glitch which affected a number of cars at the start of today's race. The first sign that something was wrong was when pole-sitter Max Verstappen reported a lack of power during the formation lap. A number of other drivers, including both Ferraris, suffered issues which either caused them to stop on track or drop down through the field. They were all eventually able to make their way back to the pits for the restart almost an hour later, Race Control having abandoned the original start procedure.
