F1: Pirelli concludes Imola test
Ferrari and Racing Bulls in action at Imola as Pirelli tyre testing continues. On Tuesday, Ferrari was in action at the track which could host the season finale, tasked with testing prototype tyres for the 2027 season. Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton was behind the wheel in the morning, while Charles Leclerc completed the programme in the afternoon. The compounds tested were the three softest in the range, the C3, C4 and C5 and both the British and Monegasque drivers carried out five-lap performance runs with a couple of options for each compound before identifying the most suitable solution through a series of long runs.
