Albon demands Williams progress after 2026 ‘blip’

Alex Albon has made it clear that Williams cannot afford to treat its disastrous 2026 Formula 1 campaign as anything more than a temporary setback, with the Anglo-Thai driver demanding tangible evidence of recovery next season. For a team that entered the new regulations with ambitions of becoming a regular podium contender, Williams has endured a campaign that has fallen spectacularly short of expectations. The Grove-based outfit has now gone six consecutive races without scoring a point, while its heavily delayed and overweight 2026 car has left it fighting at the wrong end...
