Dutch GP: Russell dominates Sprint race from Leclerc and Norris

George Russell converted pole position into a commanding Sprint victory at Zandvoort on Saturday, leading every lap to claim his third Saturday win of the 2026 Formula 1 season. The Mercedes driver kept Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc and McLaren’s Lando Norris at arm’s length throughout a largely processional 24-lap encounter, with the Dutch Grand Prix’s tight seaside circuit once again proving notoriously difficult for overtaking.
