Who will start from the pit lane due to suspension changes?

F1 Grand Prix, GP Hungary, Hungaroring Cadillac Formula 1 Team's Sergio Pérez will start Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix from the pit lane after the team made unauthorized changes to the suspension setup of his car under parc fermé conditions. The decision was announced by the FIA stewards following qualifying after Cadillac altered the setup of Car 11 without first obtaining approval from the FIA Technical Delegate. The team was found to have breached Articles B3.5.3a and B3.5.4 of the FIA Formula 1 Regulations, which strictly limit changes that can be made to a car once it enters parc fermé after qualifying. As a result, Pérez has been ordered to start the race from the pit lane....
