Provost: Alpine partnership with Otro Capital ‘was not successful'

Renault Group CEO François Provost has conceded that Alpine Formula 1’s partnership with celebrity-backed investment group Otro Capital has fallen short of expectations, describing the arrangement as unsuccessful while stressing the French manufacturer remains firmly committed to the sport. Otro Capital acquired a 24 percent stake in Alpine Racing in 2023 as part of a 200 million investment alongside RedBird Capital Partners and Maximum Effort Investments.
