F1: British Grand Prix: Practice & Sprint Shootout notes - Alpine
Pierre Gasly: 'Overall, P11 is not where we want to be, but it is just a reflection of where we are at the moment; close but not quite fast enough for the top 10. 'I would say P11 for today is quite positive, especially considering how we started the day as Free Practice 1 was a difficult session for us. The car felt different and much more normal in Sprint Qualifying, so we need to work to understand why that was the case. My laps in Sprint Qualifying were good, the car felt good and I was fairly confident behind the wheel.
