Vasseur hints at wrong decision that derailed Ferrari’s race in Spielberg
On the back of a disappointing Spielberg race, Ferrari team boss Fred Vasseur admits that the Italian team focused too much on Mercedes in costly Austrian Grand Prix strategy. Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur believes his team compromised its Austrian Grand Prix by concentrating too heavily on Mercedes, admitting the Scuderia reacted too aggressively to George Russell's race rather than executing its own strategy.
