Eight new faces during first Abu Dhabi FP1

During the first free practice session of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, F1 followers are going to see a lot of different drivers. As many as eight regular drivers will make way for a rookie and, in one case, a very experienced driver. Article continues under ad Many teams have yet to comply with the mandatory rookie rule. Every driver must give up his seat once a season to a rookie. Abu Dhabi is the last race of the season, so this is the last chance to comply with the regulations. Most notable are the drivers taking seats in the Red Bull and Ferrari. Max Verstappen and Carlos Sainz will have to watch from the side during FP1, being replaced by Liam Lawson and Robert Shwartzman respectively....
