Ferrari replaced several engines at Silverstone for themselves and the customer teams. Carlos Sainz and Guanyu Zhou in particular received many new engine parts, bringing both a step closer to a possible grid penalty in the future. This is also the maximum number for the whole season. The same goes for the Turbocharger, MGU-H and MGU-K.
