Tost defends Tsunoda: F1 especially difficult for young drivers

Tsunoda burst onto the scene at the season-opening Bahrain Grand Prix, impressing everyone with a P9 finish. The result saw the rookie praised by F1 Managing Director Ross Brawn, who called Tsunoda the 'best rookie F1 has had for years'.
