The Grand Prix of Portugal seemed to be ridden with a large number of fans for a long time. However, the situation around the corona virus worsened in the vicinity of Portimao and so it was questionable whether there would be fans at the race. The circuit has announced today that there will be fans, but a lot less than expected. In Portugal, the measures have been tightened up and, as a result, the organisation of the Grand Prix has decided to reduce the number of spectators per day from 46000 to 27500.
