With the rumour mill in overdrive because of Sebastian Vettel and Ferrari, Sky Sports are reporting that no concrete offer is on the table just yet. Vettel's current contract with Ferrari expires at the end of the season and, with nothing signed on the dotted line yet and no racing to speak of, that has created a breeding ground for a whole host of rumours to rise up.
