The Monaco Grand Prix has been fully cancelled and will no longer take place in the 2020 Formula 1 season amid the ongoing coroanvirus pandemic. It will be the first time 1954 that F1 will not have a race around the streets of Monte Carlo in the Principality. Unlike other postponed races which F1 hopes to rearrange for a later date in the 2020 calendar, the complexities around the Monaco Grand Prix mean that it will not be able to be rescheduled for another date.
