Russell insists Williams F1 have improved: 'It's very promising'

George Russell spent four hours inside the new Williams car this morning before handing over to his new teammate Nicholas Latifi for the afternoon session. On review, the British driver believes the performance was "very promising".  For the last two years, Williams F1 have been parked at the back of the grid.
