McLaren was up and running with its new MCL35 at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona on Sunday morning, with Lando Norris entrusted with the privilege of rolling out the team's 2020 contender. McLaren followed most teams' usual practice of taking the advantage of a filming day before the start of pre-season testing to conduct a systems check of its new car, with mileage limited to a maximum of 100 kilometers and to the use of control tyres supplied by Pirelli.
