George Russell says Williams can take 'a big step forward' in 2020

George Russell says that Williams will be able to move forwards in 2020 to join the midfield battle following a horror 2019. Russell was unable to score a point as the team were off the pace of everyone all season, so surely things can only get better for the Brit. However, the season wasn't a total disaster for Russell's reputation. He outqualified teammate Robert Kubica at every race and didn't get frustrated with the team, giving his all in every session.
