Giovinazzi receives Belgian GP grid drop

Antonio Giovinazzi will drop down the grid for Sunday's Belgian Grand Prix after Alfa Romeo opted to change the power unit on his car ahead of the race. Giovinazzi was sidelined at the end of Q1 on Saturday at Spa after an issue emerged on his power unit, leaving him 15th in the final classification. The Italian had been due to move up to P13 on the grid after penalties for Lance Stroll and Alexander Albon, but will now also drop down the field after Alfa Romeo made some changes ahead of the race. Giovinazzi's car will be fitted with a new engine, turbocharger, MGU-H and control electronics, triggering a penalty that sends him to the back of the grid along with Stroll, Albon, Carlos Sainz...
