Racing Point: A solid Friday for us and the car felt good

Racing Point report from day one of the British Grand Prix weekend, Round 10 of the 2019 Formula 1 World Championship, at Silverstone. Sergio Perez FP1 1:29.453 P12 27 laps FP2 1:28.002 P10 32 laps “There’s lots of work to do tonight, but it’s a promising start and probably one of our most competitive Fridays yet – looking good in both sessions. We need to make sure we can carry today’s performance into qualifying. There is more grip out there with the new track surface, which is much smoother, and I think that’s helped us so far.
