Carlos Sainz explains McLaren's recent increase in performance

Carlos Sainz is having a successful season with McLaren so far this season and has revealed that their most recent upgrade is what has allowed them to top the battle of the midfield. The Spanish racer says that the upgrade allows the car to carry more speed through high-speed corners but thinks that the car needs to improve in low-speed corners if they are to bridge the gap to Red Bull.  "The biggest effect the package has had is on high-speed corners," said Sainz to Autosport.
